The Children and Nature Network was created to encourage and support individuals and organizations who want to reconnect children with nature. We have found meaningful and interesting research posted on this site about the benefit of outdoor activities for children.
The Promising Practices Network (PPN) is dedicated to providing quality evidence-based information about what works to improve the lives of children, youth, and families. The PPN site features summaries of programs and practices that are proven to improve outcomes for children. All of the information on the site has been screened for scientific rigor, relevance, and clarity.
Blue Avocado is an online magazine for nonprofits that is full of interesting and useful articles. It’s self-description says, “practical, provocative and fun food-for-thought for nonprofits.”
